Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction

• Lead, train, and develop management and front-of-house teams

• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times

• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high-volume or premium dining environment

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Solid understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs

• Passion for hospitality, service culture, and team development

• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on management role

• Experience with international or multi-unit brands is a plus
